We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

If you have a concern about any aspect of our service, please contact us by email or phone and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days.

We will investigate your complaint, keep you informed and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you can escalate the matter to the relevant professional body.
